I’m experiencing the challenges of building something great, something much bigger than me on a less than solid foundation, a foundation that was fractured from childhood experiences (trust, loss, trauma)that impact me as an adult and my decisions. I am learning to repair my foundation through awareness and daily practices that restore and strengthen.
