Centered... placed or situated in the center, a focal point, a reference point or a place to come back to when life's challenges and emotions push you off balance.
My goal is to remain centered in the midst of all that is happening in my personal life and our community. Emotions are high, many are suffering loss, many are in pain and many are unsure of what to do or how to respond/react. Being centered doesn’t mean I escape my past, avoid or ignore what is happening around me, being centered will allow me to focus on the here and now, to be present, to be aware, to play my position in the village, and to be proactive and less reactive.
